Start organizing and discarding unused items prior to your move into your new home or storage. Gather unwanted clothing and furniture pieces which may be donated to charitable organizations. Set aside important documents and items that may be needed during or immediately after the move (passports, medicine etc.)
Some of our customers know before they move into our storage, that they need to have access to certain items more frequently or at a earlier time - if that is the case it is always a good idea to inform us prior to loading the storage vaults, so we can separate these items from the rest of the shipment. This will cut down on warehouse labor once you need to gain access and therefor safe you money.

Don't pack any flammables (fireworks, cleaning fluids, matches, aerosol can etc) or used cans of oil, paint, bleach or any substance that may leak. You need to dispose of them.

We prepare a detailed inventory, recording the exact condition of each item prior to going in to storage, and provide a copy of this inventory for your records.
Your shipment will be stored in custom build storage containers (vaults). Each vault measures 7' x 7' x 5' and holds approximately one room of furniture. Vaults are taged within our air conditioned warehouse for maximum efficiency in tracking and monitoring your goods.
